Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material delivery issues, or unforeseen site complications. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

You agree that we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, supply chain issues, or permit delays.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, obtaining necessary permits where required, and providing accurate information about underground utilities and property boundaries.

Any damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or structures not disclosed prior to work commencement may result in additional charges.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Our warranty typically covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

Concrete naturally settles and may develop minor cracks over time. We will discuss expected settling and proper maintenance during your project consultation.

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Changes to the project scope during work may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Details of our insurance can be provided upon request.

Dispute Resolution
